The Distance Healing session focuses more on a Shamanic healing modality incorporating elements of traditional Reiki. Shamanic Reiki is an integrative healing practice that combines the energy work of Reiki with shamanic healing traditions. Reiki is a Japanese practice where a practitioner channels universal life force energy to promote balance and healing in a person’s body, mind, and spirit. Shamanism, on the other hand, is an ancient spiritual practice found in many indigenous cultures, centred around the concept of connecting with the spirit world to bring healing, guidance, and insight. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. Held virtually in the comfort of your own home, the Shamanic Reiki healing sessions include an aura cleanse, chakra and energy body balancing, and a combination of multidimensional healing modalities to help you transition into a deep state of healing and connection. You will receive the exact same benefits as an in person session. Each session begins with intuitively guided assessment of your specific needs followed by the Shamanic Reiki treatment. I will begin the treatment by guiding you through a personalized meditation, which is then followed by spiritually guided feedback and helpful tools for you to process and assimilate the healing in a gentle way. Through this spiritual guidance and feedback, you'll connect to a sacred inner space where you can access your own insights, clarification on key relationships and events in your life, and guidance on your path. The healing energy will help you deeply restore and rebalance, ease any energetic attachments, open your heart and shift or even transform your life experiences.
