At Earth and Soul, preparation maximizes the healing benefits. Here are some guidelines to ensure a good experience:

1. Mindset: Have an open mind and set intentions for healing.

2. Avoid Stimulants or Any Drugs: Refrain from caffeine or any other relaxing drugs to achieve a natural state of deep relaxation. These are all low vibrational methods and will interfere with the higher frequencies.

3. Comfortable Clothing: Whether you are receiving an in person session or a distance healing session, wear comfortable clothes to increase relaxation.

4. Crystals: You may wish to use personal crystals to complement the session.

5. Headphones:  For distance sessions, use headphones for full immersion.

What happens during a session?

The treatment involves high levels of energy vibration being transmitted by the laying of hands over (or on) the various blockages of the clients' body and their natural energy field, by the practitioner. Some practitioners will start by guide the client into a meditation to further ease them into relaxation.

What should I expect after the session?

After the session, the practitioner may decide to share their experience within the clients energy field and further ways to support the unfolding of the session once the client leaves. The client may feel tired after the session as the energy detox continues. It is advised that the time after the treatment be spent resting at home for a minimum of one hour.
