Group Healing
START YOUR WEEK OFF WITH SOME ENGERGY HEALNG AND RESTORATION
Awaken and balance your energy system at the start of each week with a mindfulness practice and gentle Reiki Restoration session, every week. A mix of Kundalini Reiki and Usui Reiki, along with some deep breath work, will be incorporated as the healing modalities.
The 45-60 minute virtual healing sessions are all drop in or monthly subscription. It's like Yoga for the soul. No experience necessary or required. All you need is a good internet connection, a quiet and comfortable space, a blanket, a flat pillow under your head and of course, your willingness to participate in this extraordinary healing experience.
