Deepening my practice of meditation has allowed me to transform my life, in so many ways. Through meditation, I learned to cultivate and strengthen my intuitive abilities that eventually led me to the healing practice of Reiki. I became a Master Reiki student of Angela Robson , 2.5 years ago and I am now a serious practitioner of her Reiki and meditation style. My meditation practice informs my Reiki approach to healing and provides the foundation for all those seeking a more balanced lifestyle.
In many ancient traditions, feathers have always represented a connection to the spirit world and as a symbol of freedom, flight, strength, wisdom, and transcendence. My personal relationship with feathers began at an early age, when I felt stuck on my path of life. The feather always presented itself to me and gave me hope and a reason to keep on my path towards freedom.
The earth is a symbol of foundation, nature, nurture, cultivation, becoming grounded from our divine connection to source and into our physical world and our bodies. Earth provides the stable environment from which all life springs, lives and thrives.
I have been operating a professional health and fitness business for a little over 4 years. I have a background in counselling, psychology and life coaching, all of which inform my holistic approach to health and wellness.
My approach towards trauma and healing focus on building strength and confidence around making a connection between the mind, body and soul and to find a balance within these states. Together, we address self-defeating behaviours and shed old habits, while creating new ones and learning to embody a state of balance and wellbeing.
