Held virtually in the comfort of your own home, the Reiki healing sessions include an aura cleanse, chakra and energy body balancing, and remote/distance energy healing to help you transition into a deep state of healing and connection. You will receive the exact same benefits as an in person session. 

After the healing session, when you are most deeply connected to your own intuition, I will provide you with audio recorded feedback from the session, as well as suggestions and helpful tips to create your own routine that will inspire you to establish and grow towards a more balanced and energetic lifestyle.

You may choose a Distance Intuitive Counselling session instead, which offers those who wish to share their more of their experiences and challenges. After which, I will provide an energy cleanse, where you will receive a clearing using a combination Reiki and modalities that will leave you feeling restored, nurtured and healed.
