Oftentimes, during some deep healing sessions, many thoughts and feelings arise that may cause some discomfort. When this happens, it is important to work through this process. These are energetic toxins that are being released from your physical body. You’re never alone in dealing with these and know that I am here (along with your spirit guides) to support you on this journey. You will receive one 45 minute session of spiritually guided online counselling and support. If you haven't had a session but still wish to be counselled, you can highly benefit, as well!
