Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of deep spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. Held virtually in the comfort of your own home, the Reiki healing sessions include an aura cleanse, chakra and energy body balancing, and remote/distance energy healing to help you transition into a deep state of healing and connection. You will receive the exact same benefits as an in person session. Each session begins with intuitively guided counselling of your specific needs followed by the Reiki treatment. I will begin the treatment by guiding you through a personalized meditation, which is then followed by spiritually guided feedback and helpful tools for you to process and assimilate the healing in a gentle way. Through this spiritual guidance and feedback, you'll connect to a sacred inner space where you can access your own insights, clarification on key relationships and events in your life, and guidance on your path. The healing energy will help you deeply restore and rebalance, ease any energetic attachments, open your heart and shift your life experiences. Some other energy healing modalities may be incorporated, as well. Overall, this is a powerful intuitive and spiritual journey, designed to help you tune into all the rich wisdom your heart and soul have to offer you. After the healing session, when you are most deeply connected to your own intuition, I will provide you audio recorded feedback from the session, as well as suggestions and helpful tips for to create your own routine that will inspire you to nourish and grow towards your authentic and true nature.
